Privacy policy

This policy explains what information ScoreSheetSquare (scoresheetsquare.com) handles and why. The site is run by Ritvik. Questions about it can be sent to ritx8877@gmail.com.

Games you score online

Player names, scores and sheet settings are saved in your own browser’s local storage so a game survives a refresh or a locked phone. They are never sent to us. You can delete them at any time by starting a new game or clearing your browser’s site data.

PDFs

Ready-made PDFs are plain files. Custom PDFs, with your players’ names, are made inside your browser; the names are not sent to us.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which sheets are downloaded and which games are played, so we know what to improve. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser. We do not send it player names or scores. Google’s use of this data is described in Google’s privacy policy.

Advertising

The site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads inGoogle’s ad settings, and learn more athow Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices in the UK and EU

If you visit from the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting analytics or advertising cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link at the bottom of the page. You can also ask us what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by email.

Children

The site is for families and is fine for children to use with an adult, but it is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
